| Job Description |
Reporting to: Accounts head at H.O. & Head of sales & Head of projects Role Purpose: To efficiently and effectively run the Finance, Accounts And Payroll functions produce on- time accurate management And financial accounts in line with the group accounting Policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Manage day to day finance and accounting functions of the Business. Prepare monthly management accounts for the business and Review of the same with group Financial Controller/ Vice President. Prepare and review cash flow forecasting. Prepare and monitor business unit budget against actual and Report on the variances. Liaise with banks for day to day banking operations and assist in arranging the funded and non funded bank facilities for the Business. Prepare local statutory financial statements, dealing with the External auditors. Prepare regular reports and summaries of financial activities. |

Key Skills: Good technical accounting and report writing skills. Logical and well organized with ability to prioritize. Strong leadership, Communication and Interpersonal skills. Technically competent. Ability to manage a team and time. Maintain good working relations with banks and other local institutions. Qualification: Qualified accountants with ICWA/ CA/ CPA/ MBA (Finance) Experience : 10 to 15 years of experience, preferably with some Construction industry knowledge. |
