Job Description/
Responsibilities 		1. Strategic planning, managing and controlling operational, Commercial and cargo operations activities including personnel relations, Team coordination, training and the truck movements control.

2. Planning drivers, its utilization, drivers day Off, annual leave plan, their performance review.

3. fleets maintenance, breakdowns recovery, emergency Break downs recovery, fleets washing schedules, arranging replacement fleets from subcontractors when truck is under repairing and make sure daily Operation is not effect due to breakdowns.

4. To prepare/update daily reports “truck movements report, fuel Consumption report, fleet maintenance report, due for service report etc.

5. Processing & passing bill of entries & certificate of origin (Emirsal, Dubai Trade, Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Trade Industry).

6. Delaing with custome authorities.

Candidate Requirement
Profile M.B.A / Graduate - with min 2 yr of experience in export / import.

Basic knowledge of Transport functions and terminology.

Understanding the process of making certificate of origin.

Custome process understanding.

General documentation.

Good in PC skills.
Experience 2 - 6 years
