Job Description/
Responsibilities
Manpower plan and phasing of recruitment.
Building a sourcing pipeline and shortlisting talent.
Performance Management- mid term review and final review including poor performance management.
Support training manager to implement the training plan.
Implementation of development plan for targeted talent.
Ensure recognition and differentiated Rewards for performers.
Drive employee engagement with a targeted plan.
OwAchieve emiratisation / diversity targets.n Talent retention.
Needs to balance between needs of business and individual needs of employees.
Has the authority to decide on a go/no go decision on recruitment.
Will advise the line manager on appropriate remuneration.
Should understand business well enough to contribute to formulation of incentive plans.

 Professionally qualified (MBA – preferably in HRM)
 7 – 10 years experience
 Operational banking experience preferable
 Process facilitation training and experience
 Authoritative
