Company: A Financial Institution in Abu Dhabi, UAE Status: Full Time, Employee Profile of Marketing Manager Job Category: Marketing Manager Relevant Work Experience: 3 to 5 years Career Level: Manager Education Level: Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Marketing Others: Preferably Bi-Lingual (Arabic & English) JOB PURPOSE: To plan and execute all aspects of the organization’s marketing, including ATL & BTL activities and PR. To decide the most effective ways to maintain and further promote the organization’s brand name and image, products and services JOB DUTIES: Research and Analyze market trends Identify target markets and how best to reach them Develop marketing strategies Plan marketing campaigns and manage budgets (including Media Advertisements, Online & Offline Campaigns, Promotions & Special Offers etc.) Organize the production of printed materials such as posters and brochures Engage in effective Image Enhancement strategies including Press Releases, Press Conferences, Events & Sponsorships, Website Updates, Co-Branded Activities etc. Ensure that marketing campaigns run to deadline and on budget Monitor and Report on effectiveness of implemented strategies and campaigns Manage CRM Programs for Customer Acquisition and Customer Retention Manage a team of marketing executives and assistants |

| Profile | BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE: Requires a Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Marketing and 3 to 5 years of progressive experience as Marketing Officer / Marketing Manager, preferably in a financial organization. Requires ability to work with diversified departments along with effective oral and written communications skills. The incumbent must have a strong customer focus. DESIRED PROFILE OF CANDIDATE This job shall entails taking up full responsibility for planning and organizing the complete gamut of Marketing activities. Hence, the following profile is desired: Should be highly experienced in planning and executing all aspects of the organization’s marketing. Should be able to deal effectively with medium or large Ad Agencies and devise effective Marketing Strategies and Campaigns. Should be able to independently liaise with Media and PR agencies to achieve best results for Brand Building and Image Enhancement Should be good in Creative Thinking with attention to details and should have the confidence to 'sell' his / her ideas Should have good organization and planning skills as well as the drive, motivation and initiative Should have the ability to lead and motivate a team Should be able to effectively communicate with all stakeholders to ensure common understanding of the scope and objectives of the marketing activities. DESIRED EXPERIENCE 3 to 5 years of Marketing related experience with at least 1 year as Marketing Manager, preferably in a financial organization. |
