Job Description/
Responsibilities 		Responsible for monthly reports, financial cash flow, handling of the finance of all the subsidiaries of the group, preperation of monthly budgets, financial statements. advice on financial decisions, mergers, acquisitions and closing of deals. Ensure that the financial operating systems are in compliance.


Candidate Requirement
Profile Candidate with strong accounting and finance acumen. Holding an MBA/CA degree, strong communication skills to lead the group. Must have good presentation skills and good in computer application.
Experience 4 - 8 years
Education PG - Chartered Accountant , MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt
