Description: A luxury residential tower located in the Dubai Marina requires a Property Manager to manage the day to day operations and maintenance.



You will have a MEP degree with at least 2 years experience in the same field in the local FM market.

You will report directly to the General Manager of the FM division.

ľ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

ľ Experience in Microsoft office.

ľ Budgetary and contract management capabilities.

ľ Intelligent self-starter, showing initiative with the

ability to work without supervision.

ľ Leadership skills with commitment to continuous

improvement

ľ Local knowledge of the FM market


Responsibilities:

To ensure that planned, preventative and emergency maintenance is carried out to the highest standards.

To monitor the quality of service rendered by service providers.

To ensure timely response to complaints received from tenants.

To continue the positive Developer ¡V Owner relationship.

To liaise with the Home Owner¡¦s Association.

Monthly & annual budgets, income and expense reports.

Procurement and inventory management.

Overall well-being of the building.
