Job Description/ Responsibilities |
Building performance culture with competency mapping, gap analysis and improvement. HR - reengineering and building best HR practices. Bring in a culture of ownership in the organization. Training, coaching, and employee development. Taking HR initiatives and building employee morale. Manpower planning, job analysis recruitment, retention. Networking within the organization. Devise/ restructure compensation, incentives, benefits & rewards. Labour Law compliance and legal advise to management on labour issues. Preparation of Budgets and MIS you could be a part of this organization with the right attitude, and having relevant Gulf exposure and multi ethic international environment. |
