Job Description/
Responsibilities
Preparing Valuations, financial models and analysis.
Preparation of research reports and presentations for potential acquisitions and dispositions.
Extensive Market research;industry & company analysis and reasearch
Drafting offer materials;briefing notes, management presentations and client pitches
Coordinate and organize due diligence logistics and processes
Managing clint projects
Participating in other aspects of M&A process including review or offering materials, valuation modelling, contract documentation and closing procedures.


Candidate Requirement
Profile Have Atleast 3-7 years of work experience, out of which 2 years should be in M&A Analysis.
Self motivated, independent worker with strong business acumen
Strong command over MS Office
Ability to think creatively with a commercial focus and demonstrate a good understanding of the issues facing growing companies
Experience 3 - 7 years
Education PG - Chartered Financial Analyst ( Finance ) , MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt
