Job Description/
Responsibilities 		This is a complex and demanding role, requiring a clear understanding of commercial risk management.
You will also have responsibility for ensuring good governance in relation to tendering and contracting processes, whilst ensuring best value is obtained through use of appropriate procurement methods.
The role also involves working closely with contractors, to ensure their needs and expectations are fully met, by establishing consistent standards and procedures.

Candidate Requirement
Profile Strong negotiation skills gained at a senior management level, along with expertise in leading and managing high value, multi-faceted service based construction processes and contracts.
Familiarity with the requirements and robustness of procurement processes within the public and private sector and have a creative, innovative style unafraid of developing new ways of achieving objectives.
Work experience from construction / engineering industry is necessary, preferably on road construction; structural construction project is a must
Road construction experience will be an added advantage.
Europeans preferred (Filipinos and Indians are also welcome to apply), with 5-7 years experience
MBA CIPS, or equivalent.
