Job Description/
Responsibilities 		To assist the Tender Manager in collating and administering all Works Package, Minor Works and Purchase/Supply Contracts for the , Abu Dhabi, U.A.E.

Duties will include:

• Assisting Tender Manager to collate Tender Documentation
• Checking and signing off Tender Documentation as ‘Ready for Issue’
• Issuing Tender Documents complete with all specifications and drawings
• Issuing Tender Bulletings
• Collating received Tenders and preparing Tender Analysis Sheets
• Assisting Tender Manager in assessment and issue of Tender Reports
• Collation and issue of formal Contract Documents following Tender
• Administer Bond, Guarantee and Insurance documents register and advise Package Managers of any required documentation from Works Contractors
• Issuing and administering Minor Works Orders
• Issuing and administering Minor Supply Agreements
• Managing all Tender/Contract files and filing systems
• Assisting Tender Manager in issuing Monthly Project Report(s)


Candidate Requirement
Profile This is a junior management position that would ideally suit a TCN 30+ years with ‘Major’ Project experience and Contracts/QS background. The candidates must be very competent in written and spoken English
Experience 5 - 15 years
Education Basic - Bachelor of Technology/Engineering ( Civil )
