Job Description/
Responsibilities 		- Maintains security of items in the store.

- Reorders all stocked items that are issued out to various locations.

- Sorts and places inventory in storage areas, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, or product code.

- Records, sorts and places surplus inventory in storage to be held for disposal, sale or auction.

- Fills requisitions for materials and assists in inventory taking.

- Keeps records of materials or items (including surplus materials) received or distributed in accordance with established procedure.

- Makes daily data entries for accurate inventory controls including receiving and disposal functions.

Related Functions:

- Generate Purchase Requisitions for all stocked items that are at minimum, or below reorder point.

- Maintain weekly cycle counts of all stocked items.

- Inspects materials received for quantity and condition.

- Makes outside deliveries and material pick-up as necessary.

- Assists Purchasing with the expediting of purchased inventory.

- Acts as liaison with Purchasing Department for ordering supplies and materials.

- Performs related duties and responsibilities as required.


Candidate Requirement
Profile 1. Graduate or Diploma in Material Management with minimum 5 years of experience.
2. He should possess good knowledge in International Aluminum Cladding sytems.
3. He should possess experience in compuetrized Inventory.
4. Visa must be transferable (Bahrain / Kuwait / UAE).
