Job Description/
Responsibilities 		Our client, seeks to recruit a Manager who will be responsible for developing product programs for the department and will be responsible to make appropriate recommendations and obtain required management approvals, meet clients to discuss financial requirements and provide professional advice relating to the range of available banking products and services, ensure timely receipt, maintenance and approval as per policy, provide quality response to clients queries and problems, establish and maintain effective relationships with them. Will also be responsible for promoting teamwork, reviewing subordinates leaves to ensure that no disruption occurs, providing subordinates timely, candid and constructive performance feedback.


Candidate Requirement
Profile The candidate is required to have a minimum of 10years of banking experience of which 3years at a managerial level. A University degree, understanding of bank policies and procedures relating to retail banking as well as anti money laundering. Should have planning, interpersonal, communication and time management skills.
