Job Description/
Responsibilities 		One of the leading Global IT Service Providers with offices in Middle East is taking in candidates for the following positions:

1) Project / Program Manager -
- Experienced in telecom industry;
- either with service provider or vendors;
- experienced in managing IT projects, preferably
system integration type of projects;
- experience with any Telco applications like Siebel,
Portal, Convergys, Geneva, etc is a huge plus;

2) Application Development / support
- must have experience in implementing IT
package applications (even if not Telco);
- experience in Telecom industry an advantage;
- Siebel skills would be first preference, next would
be generic Oracle + Java programming skills;

Candidate Requirement
Profile Project / Program Manager:

The candidate SHOULD be bilingual (Arabic & English speaking) with typically 8 - 15 years experience in implementing package applications in the OSS and BSS domains of Telecom companies.

Application Development / Support

The candidate SHOULD be bilingual, with experience of 3 - 7 years in implementing IT package applications
Experience 5 - 18 years
Education Basic - Bachelor of Science , Bachelor of Technology/Engineering
Nationality Any GCC National, Any Arabic National
Gender Any
