Job Description/
Responsibilities
Handling secretarial and administrative work.
Independent correspondence and having excellent communication skills.
Maintaining high level of confidentiality in handling projects, contracts documents etc.
Knowing shorthand hence taking inter office minutes of the weekly / board meeting, presentations.
Coordination and link between the head of the department with other staff.
Dairy management and office management.
Arranging international tickets for in-house seniors and other staff and clients. Coordination of travel / hotels arrangement.

Candidate Requirement
Profile Graduate with 3 to 5 years experienc ein a multi-national company
Excellent Computer skills - MS Office
Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills
Able to obtain NOC / Release from present employer
Experience 3 - 5 years
Education Basic - Bachelor of Arts
