Responsibilities
Desiganation : Finance Manager Reporting : GM Experience : 7 - 11 Yrs Qualification : CA, MBA (Finance), CFA, any equvielent Background in: Property, Construction, Real Estate, Fin services, Investment banking Job Responsbility: The Finance Manager will report to the company’s General Manager. He will be in charge of the following duties, which will be subject to further developments and details in case of recruitment in an employment letter and an employment contract: •Manage and supervise the finance/ accounting teams and systems up to the international accounting norms standards. •Manages, develop and maintain company’s relationship with local and international financial institutions. •Mitigate and report financial risk at all times, in all projects. •Responsible for managing and reporting on the company’s cash flow position. •Stay abreast of new financial instruments that may prove beneficial for the company. •Leads the financing of new or potential projects that the company may be involved in and oversee and manage all financial aspects of such team. •Leads and Coordinates and is responsible for, dealing with potential partners or banks, arranging of project finance, coordinating financial & legal due diligence processes etc. •Manages, Organize and oversee the accounting and administration & income process of sales & leasing of the properties. •Manages and supervises the recurring credit control/ receivables process through the chief accountants and company accounts department. •Supervises the payable procedures and related expenditure using existing management & reporting systems and procedures and according to project budgets of the Company. •Participate, under Management instructions, to selected training sessions, exhibitions and seminars when necessary. •Responsible for the preparation monitoring of the annual budget with all company departments and management. •Responsible for developing and recommending an Audit processes for the Company. •Acts as the liaison and facilitator between the company and external auditors. •Manages the Companies finance team. •Establish regular reports as required. •Liaise between the Clients and the Company on all financial matters. •From time to time participate to new projects surveys and related reports & commercial proposals. •Any other duties deemed necessary for execution of employee’s Employment Contract. Candidate Requirement
Profile Qualifications: Masters/Postgraduate degree with emphasis on financial management/economics, CFA and/or MBA or equivalent would be an advantage. Experience: At least 7 – 10 years in a senior financial management role, responsible for companies/ projects Background in: Property, Construction, Real Estate, Fin services, Investment banking
Experience 7 - 11 years
Education PG - Chartered Financial Analyst ( Finance ) , MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt ( Finance )
