Responsibilities
Our client, a leading worldwide manufacturer of electrical products and tools and hardware, is urgently looking to hire a Customer Service Manager for their UAE operations. The customer Service Manager has the overall responsibility of the Customer service department and pays above average salary plus allowances plus family medical and air ticket. Duties and Responsibilities of Customer Service Manager will be: • Manage the operations in customer centre such as quotations, contract reviews, order entry, order processing, documentation, coordination with the European plants • Develop short and long-range goals to improve customer orientation in the region • Create and implement metrics for Customer Service performance and train the staff correspondingly • Implement customer compliance handling procedure based on best customer service in industry • Evaluate tool/ adjustment of structures to be mainly customer focused • Coordinate all actions and measures with the European entity and the Division • Ensure everybody in the organization has the same understanding of implemented processes and has the same definition • Provide support for regional market analysis and find out customer needs • Execute established goals for sales growth, market share, profit contribution and return on investment to achieve results stated in approved plans • Support the local sales team to achieve budget levels for sales and gross margins A Customer Service Manager MUST HAVE: • Graduate Engineer with major in electrical or production process • At least 10 years of job experience, production-organization • Several years experiences in a position with regular customer contacts; ideally in a technical oriented customer centre • Experiences in ex-protection business • Strong Customer orientation • Strong communication skills • Secure EDP skills (Microsoft applications, lSAP) • Business-fluent English language skills • Willingness to travel • Open minded for changes; bring forward customer orientation Nice to have skills: • Degree in Marketing • Ex-protection seminars Please apply online.
