Job Description/
Responsibilities 		Job Description/Responsibilities: • Leading the department with long-term & day to day goal setting and executing of targets. • Timely MIS on banking, debtors/creditors, insurance and inventory. • Ensuring compliance under various legal/corporate governance • Well versed in handling various trade finance bank facilities and all related documentation, like L/C, fund transfers, credits & discounts • Excellent communication with multi cultural bankers, customers, other departments and sister companies • Regular reconciliation of bank accounts, cash and customer accounts. • Excellent initiative in recovery, collection of receivables and cash flow management • Handling auditors and government and legal entities • Budgeting and operating plan support for all departments • Install and manage ERP software for the company • Build efficient systems and execute procedures to improve profitability • Oversee the stores and inventory operations for internal controls and processes • Office administration and pay roll

Candidate Requirement
Profile Eligibility to Apply: • Bachelors/Masters in commerce or accounts • At least 3 years experience as head of accounts department in a trading environment and a total experience of 10 years • Thorough working knowledge in all accounting practices and standards • Knowledge of IT systems/accounting packages. (ERP preferred) • Good communication skills • Leadership qualities and good team player
