Job Description/
Responsibilities
Role Description – To design TO-BE business processes of the Telecom Service Provider in Siebel CME application. Prepare high level and low level design documents of the service management module. Interact with different streams to finalize integration touch points and requirements. Present multiple design approaches to client and get his approval on the best design. Manage FRS requirements and their tracking in the design document. Work closely with data migration, testing, training and integration teams to achieve end to end functionality.

Candidate Requirement
Profile • Design process of the Siebel CRM package
• Out of the Box Siebel Service management functionality and its mapping with the client requirements.

• Siebel CME and Siebel Service management
• Account and Service Request management
• Siebel configuration, workflow, Siebel VB, eScript and integration technologies.
• Actuate Reports

Must be capable of communication, requirement tracking, conducting design workshops and team management.

• Must have functional and technical knowledge of Siebel Service management
• Strong hold on Siebel configuration, workflow, eScript and Actuate Reports
• Experience in integration technologies like EIM, integration objects, property sets etc.
Experience 4 - 7 years
Education Basic - Bachelor of Technology/Engineering ( Computers , Electronics/Telecomunication )
