Job Description/ Responsibilities |
Duties and Responsibilities All secretarial duties including correspondence, follow up, coordination with other departments inward/outward mail Responsible for the organizing, typing, distribution and maintenance of all correspondence, reports, minutes and records relating to the department. . Establishes, implements and maintains filing systems within the department. Maintains confidentiality at all times. Performs other duties that may be assigned. |

Education Qualification & Experience • Graduate in any discipline ( related to department) • Diploma in commercial or secretarial practice. • Minimum 3 years experience in the related department. • Excellent knowledge of PC ( Microsoft office). • Transcription of dictation.
