Our Client, is a prestigious entity based in Abu-Dhabi, seeks to recruit an Admin Coordinator/ Front Office Assistant. Candidate assigned on this role will be responsible for Answering the phone, taking message in a professional manner and transmitting the same to the concerned, providing administrative support to department, Hotel and Car booking drafting letters in Arabic and English, dispatching and dealing with the indirect suppliers. And performing other basic secretarial work The ideal candidate should have a Degree/Diploma & computer literate with over 1 year Of experience in similar job profile and must be a UAE National.
