Responsibilities 		Our client seeks to recruit a Head of sales who will have to -Manage the Sales Team, -Manage all external marketing promotional activity -Develop the sales skills of the sales team members to enable them to be effective sellers -Implement and manage a comprehensive selling campaign -Ensure that all external promotional activities adhere to standards of excellence

Candidate Requirement
Profile The candidate is required to have the following: -Knowledge of investment products and financial services industries -7-8 years in financial or relevant sales experience -Excellent time management skills -Ability to motivate staff to achieve agreed targets
