Responsibilities
~ Provide Secretarial and Administration support ~ Incumbent must be well versed with Ms-Office Package & should be Computer Savvy ~ Managing travel schedules, ticket booking and assistance to President in routine activities. ~ Maintenance of files, memos, and correspondence documents. ~ Managing and screening appointments, drafting minutes of meetings and memos.

Candidate Requirement
Profile ~ Incumbent must have worked as PA or Executive Secretary for the senior Management. ~ Graduate with 3 to 10 yrs of experience. ~ Possesses good typing & communication skills ~ Ability to handle independent correspondence ~ Good learning attitude and can manage stress
