Job Description/ Responsibilities |
~ Provide Secretarial and Administration support ~ Incumbent must be well versed with Ms-Office Package & should be Computer Savvy ~ Managing travel schedules, ticket booking and assistance to President in routine activities. ~ Maintenance of files, memos, and correspondence documents. ~ Managing and screening appointments, drafting minutes of meetings and memos. |
